MyPrintedGoodies.com.au provide an Australian Owned online Personalised Gift service by which you can have your favorite photographs and graphic images permanently printed to a large range of quality gift products.
We undertake to provide our customers with the highest level of products and services, and will continue to enhance our customers’ experience with consistent and ongoing research and development.
Before using our service it is important that you read and understand the Terms and Conditions set out below.
By entering and using our website you are indicating that you have read and accept these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a binding contract between you and My Printed Goodies that you agree to use this website in a manner consistent with these terms.
Use of the site
My Printed Goodies produce personalised printed products based on photographic and/or graphically designed content supplied by our customers.
My Printed Goodies reserve the right to cancel any order if we believe that material supplied by the customer is classed as Prohibited Content.
Such content includes but is not limited to material that My Printed Goodies believes:
-To be pornagraphic, obscene, abusive, defamatory, slanderous, offensive, deceptive or otherwise inappropriate;
-Compromises copyrighted material without the express permission of the owner.
- Violates the privacy or rights of others;
-Contains “Corruptive Code” such as viruses, worms, Trojan horses or any other content that will negatively affect the site and service;
-Encourages, condones or advocates illegal activity;
-Is harmful to anyone, including minors;
-Provides links to or advertisements for any of the above.
My Printed Goodies reserves the right to use their discretion to determine if any content uploaded to the site breaches our terms and conditions.
Although My Printed Goodies does not review all content that is uploaded to the site, we do so periodically and reserve the right to delete uploaded content or Registered User profiles we deem to be in breach of these terms.
Registered Users
When you purchase from My Printed Goodies you automatically become a Registered User. This allows you to log in to the website and view your Profile which contains your purchasing history and previously uploaded content.
Your profile and uploaded content will be stored free of charge for 365 days. If there is no activity associated with your Profile for more than 365 days, your profile will be automatically deleted.
As a registered user you will be able to receive email notifictions of Promotions and Offers from MyPrintedGoodies, with the option to opt out of the mailing list.
My Printed Goodies reserves the right to delete a Registered User’s profile if it is deemed to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Refund and Return Policy
Due to the customised nature of our products, My Printed Goodies do not offer refunds on items ordered. You accept responsibility for reviewing your order before purchasing to ensure all details relevant to the order being successfully fulfilled are correct.
We guarantee our personalised products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If you find your item to be defective, you may return it in New Condition in its Original Packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item printed with the same image.
My Printed Goodies will not accept cancellations or changes to orders once they have been placed.
Shipping
My Printed Goodies will dispatch your goods within 7-10 working days from date of order.
We will not be liable for delays in shipping once orders have been dispatched, and will not be held responsible for any loss or hardship that may result from such delays.
We recommend customers in Rural Areas do not choose the Express Post option, as this service may not be effective in some such areas.
Copyright
You may not upload any content owned by someone other than yourself without the written consent of the owner of such content. Using content that was not created by you, or without permission of the owner of the content, is a breach of Australian Copyright Law and will leave you susceptible to legal action from the owner of the content.
By uploading photographic and graphic content to myprintedgoodies.com.au you are acknowledging that you are the owner of the content or have gained express permission from the owner of the content and indemnify My Printed Goodies from any disputes or legal action pursuant of any Copyright breach that may occur.
You will indemnify, defend and hold harmless My Printed Goodies, including its officers, Directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, suppliers, information providers, and agents (collectively "My Printed Goodies affiliates") from and against all losses, claims, liabilities, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms or any activity related to the service (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or by any other person accessing the service as your invitee, such as by using your account.
Alteration of Terms and Conditions
My Printed Goodies reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions without notice and will not be liable for any loss, hardship or misunderstanding resulting from any such alteration.
